The hardheaded Armstrong brothers are determined to rebuild their tornado-ravaged hometown in the Georgia mountains. They've got the means, they've got the manpower...what they need are women! So they place an ad in a northern newspaper and wait for the ladies to answer their call...

Porter, the youngest Armstrong, is all for importing women. Still, he's so blown away by the sheer numbers, he falls off the water tower. Luckily there's a doctor among the newcomers—sweet and sexy Dr. Nikki Salinger.

And Porter has every intention of checking out her bedside manner...

"At first it was a surprise to me to read a Stephanie Bond single title without a romantic suspense or mystery element, but once I accepted that this was a contemporary, it came alive for me. I love contemporaries, just haven't read any single title straight contemporaries from Ms. Bond in years. "

" Similar plot to all stereotypical chick romance. I wanted to know more about the how's and why about the town rebuild more than the romance. She was very clueless and the plot needs help because at times it seemed far reaching. Had a good idea, not so well executed. "

" the review in itself is one word- "sweetness". Just like that town that the Armstrong boys are trying to restore. It's a lovely story about a caravan of women that come to the delsolate town looking to start over. And second chances are just what everyone will get. "

" Light, funny, and sexy. What better way to spend a day? Good set- up for the trilogy. The first of the love stories and a funny, if painful, way for the first hero to meet the woman of his dreams. "

" Listened to this on audio books. Probably a good thing too, I was a captive audience, while weeding my garden. Some parts were ridiculous. But I like the three brothers camaraderie. I would laugh at some parts then say later, I don't care about this character-boring.... "
