Publisher Description

A warrior scarred... A descendant of Diana... When two worlds collide...Atlantis is unmasked. Alexios survived two years of unspeakable torture at the hands of a vampire goddess. Now he's been ordered to team up with a beautiful warrior and take on the most dangerous mission of his life: to retrieve the Vampire's Bane. Without it, Atlantis can't ascend to the surface and take its rightful place in the world. But when evil threatens, will Alexios be led by duty—or his heart? Grace is part of the rebellion against the vampires and shape-shifters trying to take over her world. She is deadly with her bow, because when she takes aim, she never misses her target. But suddenly she's focused on a damaged Atlantean warrior who sees her as a weapon, not as a woman. When thousands of lives are on the line, will passion overrule, or will her aim be true?

"It's been a long time since I read the last Atlantis book, but I definitely enjoyed my return to the rebel army and their fight against vampires. Renewing my acquaintance with main characters from previous books was wonderful. I liked the romance between Grace and Alexios, even if the passion they are professing to feel doesn't quite jump off the pages at you. Looks like it's definitely time to buy the next books in the series: Atlantis Redeemed and Atlantis Betrayed."

" Alexios is a wonderful hero. He is awkward at times and harsh at others and Grace in many ways acts older than him. The two are pleasant to follow through the story. This is another one I will read again. "

" This was kind of bland and predictable. But i guess this genre always is. The female was at least a little bit badass in this book. Still looking for that "something more" that's I just can't find in these books. "

" Who has not been imprisoned by Anubisa at this point? Alexios has as well and has the scar to prove it. He hates for anyone to notice is and is very self conscious. He made a celibacy vow to Poseidon so that is one major point against our couple. Grace has been battling the vampires since her brother was murdered by them on his 21st birthday. She really just lives for revenge. She is a descendant of Diana, goddess of the Hunt. She was given an arrow that never misses. The main issue I had with this couple is that we finally had a truly strong female lead and still the warrior wants to tuck her away all the time. I get tired of the arguing. We continue to get updates from Atlantis, one of which is FINALLY the birth of the new prince. YAY "

" Alyssa Day really builds a whole other world in this series. The plot thickens with each installment. Sexy guys, courageous women and lots of excitement. "

" Well, I must say that the over all plot to the story has captured my attention. Now if only the characters could do the same. The last book was definitely better than this one, I feel like the romance was a bit forced. The connection between the two was clearly physical, I just didn't buy the emotional part. It's possible that I'm just getting sick of reading the same thing in ever single one of these books - "I love this person.... But there's no way they love me back! I'm definitely not good enough for the perfection that is the person I so desperately want." Die in a fire. "

" I really do like this series, and other than the third book, so far they have all been fabulous. A great twist to the paranormal genre with Atlantean heroes. I'm getting a bit tired of the same villain in each book, hoping the author shakes that up a bit. but still a great read. "

" Somehow I missed this book the first time I read the Warriors of Poseidon series. So far, it's been the best one yet. I LOVE Alexios. He is the ultimate tortured hero with his facial scars and horrifying memories. Grace fits him very well and is a force to be reckoned with all by herself. "
