" Politics and marriage are not always a good mix. Sylvia's husband, a senator, cheats and is caught. Her adult daughters have problems of their own as well. Sylvia retreats to her family home on the coast to make choices and decisions, and slowly her family comes as well. An interesting "coming-of-age" story about grown-ups facing changes. Weiner's books are usually more humorous, and I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to the fun, but this story stood up well. I do like her writing and will continue to follow her books, funny or not. "
