Brooks Robinson played most of his 23-year career on third base with the Baltimore Orioles. Robinson was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1983. His nickname was The Human Vacuum Cleaner, arguably the greatest third-baseman of all time. He won 16 consecutive Gold Glove Awards. Though he was a solid hitter, his career didn't always look so promising with a slow start at second base. When he was moved to third base, his talent shone through.
Brooks is interviewed by Ann Liguori, award-winning luminary in sports broadcasting with a celebrated career that spans two decades. Liguori has interviewed some of the most legendary sports personalities, drawing out their success stories, their opinions on a variety of issues, and their love of the game.
