Publisher Description

The unscrupulous new Council chair has charged Jace, Marc and me with trespassing, kidnapping, murder and treason. Yeah, we've been busy. But now it's time to take justice into our own hands. We must avenge my brother's death and carve out the rot at the heart of the Council.

It's not going to be easy, and loss seems unavoidable, but I have promised to protect my Pride, no matter what. With a target on my back and Marc at my side, I'm heading for a final showdown that canthat willchange everything forever. A showdown I'm not sure I'm ready for.

But life never waits until you're ready.

"As always faythe makes me want to hurt her pretty bad, I love Marc and if he was real I would have gone up to him and said forget her, all she does is hurt you, I'll be far better to you and love you enough to be faithful to you and marry you unlike her! seriously the woman's an idiot! Again though there were quite a few heartbreak moments that made me want to cry, the loss of two more major characters and another couple of characters that did wrong in their past but made up for it in the end and ended up dying. Not too mention Faythe very nearly lost Marc forever which finally made her step up and see the truth and finally do right by him by choosing him once and for all and actually committing to him like she should have done right from the start! Finally she did what I've been mentally yelling at her to do the entire series! I wish that at least 3-4 of the characters that died hadn't had to die but I liked the ending a lot though it isn't completely resolved the important points are resolved and there's finally a happy ending!"

" Totally disappointed. I wanted more about the love and less about the damn pack. It started with a proposal damnit. I wanted triangle and chosing. I got a small percentage toward that and that was all I cared about frankly. "

" This series was an absolute roller coaster!! Ultimately I loved it; but there were parts where I screamed, cried, pulled my hair out, chewed my nails , and *sighed*. THAT is what makes a good series brilliant. So worth the journey, but I will never reread it :-) "
