It reads like a travel guide to England, the prose frequently stops to tell the reader facts about life in Britain, and differences with America, not from the POV Of the character but just because the author feels we need to know. I understand that the book is aimed at American audiences but there are better ways to explain things than to just tell them as a By The Way, Guys. "
